Job summary

International Medical Corps is seeking a Senior Coordinator Logistics to lead the country Logistics and Supply Chain functions. You will oversee planning, procurement, warehousing, transport, and GIK reporting to ensure timely, compliant operations for program delivery.

You will manage staff, coordinate with regional/hq teams, and drive process improvements while ensuring alignment with donor requirements and local regulations. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with 10+ years in logistics/procurement.
• Experience leading logistics and supply chain teams in humanitarian or NGO settings.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; able to manage donor reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee country logistics, procurement, warehousing and transport activities to support program implementation.
• Ensure compliance with IMC policies, host country rules and donor regulations.
• Coordinate with management, program teams and HQ for planning and budgeting.
• Lead staff development, performance management and capacity building.
• Develop and monitor KPI dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports.
