Job summary

GlobalMed Logistix, LLC is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and prompt resolution of customer needs. This role works with the Quality Team to maintain QMS compliance and operational excellence, requiring exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating receiving, shipping, cycle counting, billing, and quality management;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with ISO certifications, especially ISO 13485:2003.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the coordination of all elements of the supply chain process for assigned accounts, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, billing, quality management, and more.
• Lead operational teams (customer service, logistics, receiving, order fulfillment) to meet order fulfillment needs and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle financial account management from daily transactions to end-of-month closing, audits, and reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts for operational activities and escalate as needed.
• Maintain inventories, track product movement, and monitor shelf life of sterile products.
• Ensure OSHA/FDA compliant warehouse areas and adherence to SOPs.
• Support additional duties and projects as required and assist during peak volumes.
