Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology required.

• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret psychological test results and identify strengths and risks.
• Review candidate records and prepare interview support materials.
• Conduct psychological assessments using gov't worksheets and historical data.
• Observe behaviors in task contexts and document objective findings.
• Provide concise, non-technical panel summaries and feedback reports.
