Job summary

Cape Fox Mission Systems seeks an experienced Operational Psychologist to provide advanced support services to the US Army. Eligibility for Top Secret with SCI clearance is required. The position includes data analysis, feedback to leadership, crisis response, and collaboration with INSCOM personnel. Travel up to 20% in the National Capitol Region is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
• APA-accredited internship/residency required.
• Current, full, active psychology license in the U.S. (any state/territory).
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
• At least five years post-doctoral experience in psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and program validation to improve processes.
• Administer and interpret cognitive and personality assessments for personnel selection.
• Provide feedback to unit leadership on personnel suitability.
• Deliver crisis response and non-clinical counseling as needed.
• Support leadership development, resilience, and performance programs.
• Travel up to 20% within the National Capital Region.
• Ensure deliverables meet APA and organizational guidelines.
• Provide expertise in non-clinical assessment and human performance.
• Travel up to 20% within the National Capitol Region.
