Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking an Operational Psychologist to support the U.S. Air Force at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.

You will serve as the primary SME for resilience, cognitive performance, leadership consultation, and personnel assessment, with roughly 90% operational duties and 10% clinical intervention. You will provide consultation to Wing and Group leadership, design selection programs, deliver resilience training, and support critical incident response while maintaining an active DoD

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
• APA-accredited internship or residency.
• Active, unrestricted psychology license.
• Minimum four years of DoD or Federal behavioral health experience.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access and credentialing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Job Description:

Optimize Human Performance for the U.S. Air Force

LMR Technical Group is seeking an experienced Operational Psychologist to support the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing Human Performance Optimization Program. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for psychological resilience, cognitive performance, leadership consultation, personnel assessment, and operational psychology. Approximately 90% of duties are operational support and 10% involve clinical intervention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation to Wing and Group leadership
• Support organizational effectiveness and team performance
