Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring an Operational Forecasting Associate to join our Workforce Management team in Tempe, AZ. This role focuses on forecasting and planning analyses to optimize resourcing and financial planning for production teams.

You will report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management, and work with data teams across platforms like Workday, Jira, BigQuery, and Looker to build insights that drive business decisions in a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated work in operations forecasting.
• 2+ years of demonstrated work with large datasets and distill analyses into insights.
• 2+ years experience in SQL, with ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including Pandas.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure forecast models align with business objectives.
• Work with data teams to source data and refine analyses.
• Learn the business and support planning discussions with stakeholders.
• Use tools like Workday, Jira, BigQuery, Looker to support analysis.
• Tell data stories clearly to non-technical colleagues and present findings.
