Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking an experienced professional to apply operational improvement and business process optimization to resolve complex organizational challenges. The role focuses on analytical rigor, governance, and delivering practical solutions aligned with campus priorities.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, analyze processes, and develop performance metrics to support service delivery excellence and efficient operations across administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of business and process analysis functions, administrative operations, and service delivery models.
• Knowledge of related areas of payroll, benefits, and human resources.
• Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems and implementing process improvements and business process optimization methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse stakeholder groups, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to develop performance metrics and operational reporting.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
• Bachelors in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experiencein a related field

Responsibilities

• Analyze issues of moderate to high complexity and develop practical solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to drive process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and operational reporting to support decision making.
