Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for our Irvine, CA site. You will drive cross-functional Lean initiatives to eliminate waste, boost customer satisfaction, and increase market share through data-driven analytics and Lean Six Sigma practices.

You will own and track the Continuous Improvement Program, identify Lean opportunities, and mentor a small team of data analysts. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential to elevate operational excellence across manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus relevant experience.
• 5 Years of relevant experience.
• 3 Years of demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional process improvement programs using Lean methodologies.
• Lead and develop a small team of data analysts.
• Mentor Green Belts through certification projects.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GxP regulations.
