Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to develop and execute the CI roadmap across multiple sites.

You will partner with operations, supply chain, quality, engineering and site leadership to drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction. You will lead enterprise‑level Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, host Kaizen events, map value streams, and build capability to sustain improvements with robust control plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or operational excellence environments.
• Proven success leading Lean transformations and improvements.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive change across functions and locations.
• Experience managing large-scale improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, metrics, and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational excellence strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with site leaders to set improvement priorities, targets, and metrics.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root-cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Build standardized methodologies, governance, and reporting for CI programs.
• Coach leaders and employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving skills.
