Chart Industries is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead a strategic Lean transformation program across multiple sites. You will partner with operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and site leadership to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and deliver process and financial improvements.

The role requires strong change leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering sustainable improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven Lean transformations leadership.
• Ability to drive change across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational excellence strategy.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements.
• Promote standardized methodologies and governance.
• Coach leaders in Lean and Six Sigma.
