Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive Lean transformations across multiple sites in the US. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, partner with operational leadership, and build organizational capability to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide Lean activities, establishing KPIs, and ensuring sustainment through robust control plans and audits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or operational excellence.
• Proven success leading Lean transformations and business process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive change across multiple functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and customer experience.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management systems to drive visibility and decision-making.
• Coach and train leaders and employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Build cross-functional engagement and ownership for continuous improvement activities.
• Manage cross-functional improvement projects from identification to sustainment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain/Business
