Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement across multiple sites, including Stafford, TX, Medina, OH, Richburg, SC or Brentwood, NH. You will partner with leadership to implement standardized processes, metrics and governance, delivering sustainable results.

You will coach leaders, run Kaizen events, develop performance dashboards and ensure alignment with safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence environments.
• Proven success leading Lean transformations and business process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive change across multiple functions and locations.
• Experience managing large-scale improvement projects with measurable operational and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational excellence strategy and roadmap across assigned sites to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction goals.
• Lead enterprise-wide Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives with Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and management systems to drive visibility, accountability and decision-making.
