Chart Industries is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead Lean transformations and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office environments. You will partner with site leaders to prioritize improvements, develop strategic roadmaps, and deliver measurable ROI while shaping a culture of accountability.

This on-site role supports multiple facilities and travel as needed. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in manufacturing or operations excellence, strong change leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience leading Lean transformations with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational excellence strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with site and functional leaders to set annual improvement priorities, targets, and metrics.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational discipline.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives delivering measurable ROI.
• Lead enterprise-wide Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root-cause analysis and problem-solving workshops.
