Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned business units. You will partner with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering to identify opportunities, remove waste, and deliver measurable operational and financial improvements.

You will lead complex projects, develop dashboards and KPIs, and coach leaders to build internal capability for sustainable improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with record of breakthrough improvements.
• Project management leadership across multiple sites and functions.
• Strong change management and coaching capabilities across leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized improvement methodologies and governance.
• Coach leaders on problem solving, KPI tracking and ROI realization.
• Manage cross-functional improvement projects from initiation to sustainment.
• Collaborate with site leadership to improve safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
