Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement, business process optimization, SIOP deployment, operational excellence, business systems, ERP readiness, or data-driven transformation initiatives in a manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or operations environment.
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes across multiple functions and translating process needs into system, data, reporting, or workflow requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives that improve operational performance, reduce waste, standardize workflows, and strengthen business readiness for future system transformation.
• Develop and deploy BI tools, dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes that increase visibility to operational performance and data-driven decisions.
• Support the 202x ERP implementation by serving as a business process owner and deployment partner, including requirements gathering, standardization, data readiness, testing, training, change management, and post-deployment stabilization.
