Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager in Sumter, SC to lead Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Systems, and Continuous Improvement efforts. The role drives site strategy, productivity projects, and maturation of the Eaton Business System while promoting a zero-incident safety culture.

You will manage cross-functional teams, execute CapEx plans, and advance Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve quality and efficiency across all value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing people or project teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Manufacturing Engineering, Systems, Facilities Management, and Continuous Improvement teams.
• Develop and execute site operational footprint plans to support growth and Industry 4.0 advancement.
• Train and lead improvement events using A3, Lean, and BPS methodologies.
• Maintain ISO 9001 registration with zero major findings.
• Lead activities to enhance Eaton’s Operating Assessment maturity and Daily Accountability Process.
