Responsibilities

• Lead in driving plant wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and lead the scorecard execution for the full plant.
• Engage direct reports in manufacturing LEAN initiatives.
• Coordinate production schedules and prioritize assembly activities.

Skills

Lean Manufacturing experience/certification

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

SAP experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution
