Job summary

Mueller Water Products is hiring an Operational Excellence Supervisor to lead the OPEX function across the facility. You will drive Lean, Kaizen, and DMAIC initiatives, develop a high-performing team of engineers and Lean specialists, and partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making to sustain measurable improvements and financial benefits across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years leading manufacturing improvement initiatives and teams.
Strong Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineers and Lean personnel to achieve plant objectives.
Develop OPEX strategy and improvement roadmap aligned to business goals.
Identify cost savings, waste reduction and productivity improvements.
Establish daily management systems and visual performance reviews.
Guide capital projects and process improvements with measurable results.
