Generac is seeking a results-driven professional to lead cross-functional process improvements across manufacturing, distribution, and operations. You will map current and future-state processes, identify gaps, and define requirements for system, data, reporting, and workflow improvements.

You will also develop and deploy BI dashboards and metrics to monitor productivity, efficiency, and performance, enabling data-driven decisions at the leadership level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience documenting and translating process needs into system or data requirements.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or business systems deployment, process mapping, or change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives to improve operational performance and standardize workflows.
• Develop and deploy BI tools, dashboards, and reporting to increase visibility of operational performance.
• Support ERP implementation with requirements gathering, data readiness, testing, training coordination, and change management.
