Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, is seeking a results-driven operations and process improvement professional to lead cross-functional optimization initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain. You will map current-state processes, define requirements, and drive data-informed improvements.

You will deploy BI dashboards, support ERP readiness, and partner with stakeholders to enable lean performance and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Operations, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement, business process optimization, SIOP deployment, operational excellence, business systems, ERP readiness, or data-driven transformation initiatives in a manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or operations environment
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes across multiple functions and translating process needs into system, data, reporting, or workflow requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives that improve operational performance, reduce waste, standardize workflows, and strengthen business readiness for future system transformation.
• Develop and deploy Business Intelligence tools, dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes that increase visibility to operational performance, support data-driven decision-making, and enable leaders to monitor process health, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Support the ERP implementation by serving as a business process owner and deployment partner, including requirements gathering, process standardization, data readiness, testing support, training coordination, change management, and post-deployment stabilization of new tools and workflows.
