• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process docs, and SOPs.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and workflow validation with stakeholders.
• Promote ERP best practices and align configurations with business objectives.
• Support ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process maps and SOP documentation.
• Act as liaison between business users, technical teams, and external partners.
• Prioritize ERP improvement requests by impact and value.
• Monitor process performance and drive ongoing improvements.
• Assist user adoption through training and communications.
