Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Business Process Analyst II in Irvine, reporting to the executive team. You will analyze, plan, and drive corporate strategy initiatives, document current and future state processes, and support automated cadence reporting and KPI structures.

You will build strong relationships with the CEO and leaders, conduct market research, benchmark best practices, and help design organizational design to improve efficiency and growth across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in corporate strategy, business process analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with KPI reporting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support development of corporate strategy and client support strategy.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and environmental analysis.
• Assess organizational structures and future-state design and alignment.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state processes.
• Monitor IT and corporate performance metrics and KPI reporting.
• Plan executive meetings and corporate events.
• Provide analytical support to the CEO and leadership on initiatives.
• Build internal and external relationships and manage cross-functional tasks.
