Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence professional to drive process improvements across the site. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, deploy the DMS program, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching.

The role requires hands-on project management, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver productivity, quality, cost, and safety gains.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Operational/Business Excellence in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience leading Excellence Model and Daily Management System deployments.
• Experience driving Lean, Theory of Constraints, and Six Sigma projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of OE initiatives across the site to improve efficiency.
• Deploy the DMS program per corporate guidelines and ensure site readiness.
• Coach and guide teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and problem solving.
