The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong analytics, and experience in manufacturing environments to sustain continuous improvement culture across the site.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Industrial/Production/ Chemical/ Mechanical from premier institutes.
• Certified Lean Sigma Black Belt; TPM/ Mfg. Excellence/ Business Excellence desirable.
• 6–10 years of experience in Operational Excellence in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of OE initiatives across the site to enhance efficiency.
• Deploy the DMS program per corporate guidelines and ensure site capability.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and cross-functional initiatives in project mode.
• Report project status and financial results with clear communication.
