Job summary

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Industrial/Production/Chemical/Mechanical from premier institutes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; TPM/ Manufacturing/Business Excellence desirable.
• 6–10 years of experience in Operational/Business Excellence in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of OE program across the site to improve efficiency.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events to achieve KPI targets.
• Deploy DMS per corporate guidelines and advance capability at sites.
• Coach teams on Lean, ToC, Six Sigma methods to deliver process improvements.
