MilliporeSigma seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join the ISCO Excellence Team. You will drive OpEx initiatives at Norwood, with time in Miamisburg and Cleveland, leading site governance, project portfolios, and best-practice sharing to raise safety, quality, and cost performance.

The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Belt, 5+ years in site operations, and strong collaboration with site leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline.
• 5+ years in site operations with process/engineering improvement experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Belt certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead OpEx activities at Norwood, Miamisburg, and Cleveland sites.
• Coordinate project executions and maintain governance.
• Develop OpEx learning curriculum with ISCO Academy.
• Build and manage the site OpEx portfolio and reports.
• Ensure resources and track savings and progress.
