Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to advance safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across operations. You will lead Kaizen events, map value streams, and develop team members to create lasting improvements.

You will work with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and product management to drive operational excellence. A strong foundation in Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume production environments.
• Strong background in performance KPI improvements.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead Kaizen workshop events from charter to countermeasure implementation.
• Monitor KPIs related to yield, throughput, scrap, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with process engineers, quality assurance, and operators to address production inefficiencies.
