Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead in New Jersey to advance safety, quality, delivery, and cost through Kaizen facilitation and Lean leadership. You will drive KPI-driven improvements, coach teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates have a strong Six Sigma background, track record in high-volume production, and excellent project management skills to build a problem-solving culture and sustain gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in high‑volume production environments.
• Strong background in performance KPI improvements.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Kaizen facilitation and leading workshops from charter through countermeasures.
• Monitor KPIs related to yield, throughput, scrap, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and advance improvement opportunities.
• Lead yield improvement projects and apply lean/Six Sigma to sustain gains.
• Serve as liaison among manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and product management.
