Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is offering a year-round, part-time internship focused on Operational Excellence digital systems, training content, and continuous improvement.

You will create and maintain Dozuki documentation, develop training materials, and support dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint. The role provides hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, collaboration with multiple teams, and exposure to digital transformation in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 2 semesters remaining in school upon start date.
• If enrolled in an Associate's degree, plan to pursue a Bachelor's immediately after associates.
• Ability to work year-round, part-time.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Ability to achieve goals and set high work standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different groups.
• Interest in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technical Writing, or related fields.
• Ability to create clear written documentation and training materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret basic operational data.
• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehension of English language.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain digital work instructions, training content, and operational documentation in Dozuki.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and teams to capture and standardize best practices.
• Develop training materials and multimedia content (videos, photos, presentations, modules).
• Assist in administering the Dozuki platform and governance.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Microsoft tools.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on documentation and process improvement.
• Support project portfolio management through requirements gathering and tracking.
• Learn Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving to reduce waste.
• Support efficiency projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Training, Supply Chain, IT, and OpEx teams.
