Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI, is seeking an intern to support Operational Excellence digital systems, training content, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will help create and maintain Dozuki content, assist in training development, operational reporting, and digital process improvements within a manufacturing setting.

This year-round internship is part-time and on-site at our Green Bay Home Office, offering hands-on exposure to cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 semesters remaining.
• Part-time, year-round availability.

Responsabilités

• Create, edit, and maintain digital work instructions, training content, and operational documentation in Dozuki.
• Partner with subject matter experts and production teams to standardize best practices.
• Develop training materials including videos, photos, presentations, and learning modules.
• Assist in administering the Dozuki platform, content transfers, governance, and deployments.
• Support dashboards and reports using Excel, Forms, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on documentation and process improvement.
