Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks a part-time, year-round Intern for Operational Excellence to support digital systems, training content, and continuous improvement initiatives at the Green Bay home office.

You will create and maintain Dozuki documentation, develop multimedia training materials, and help build dashboards with Power BI and Excel while learning Lean Six Sigma methods. This on-site role offers hands-on project work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program with at least 2 semesters left.
• Interest in Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, and training.
• Ability to collaborate and learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain digital work instructions and training content in Dozuki.
• Partner with SMEs, production teams, and OE leaders to standardize best practices.
• Develop training materials and multimedia content including videos and modules.
• Support admin of Dozuki platform, governance, and deployments.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Participate in meetings and provide feedback on documentation and processes.
• Assist in project tracking, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Learn Lean Six Sigma methods to support process improvement and waste elimination.
• Support efficiency projects focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Training, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
