Job summary

You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across SQDC objectives and coach programs like Change to Win and Client Production System. The role requires 4-5 years in EO/Lean/IE, a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, and hands-on leadership for Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and cost-saving projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and facilitate Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, ensuring effective monitoring, sustainment, and realization of results.
• Drive recurring opportunity identification to maintain a robust improvement pipeline focused on cost savings and eliminating non-value-added activities.
• Monitor and validate financial impact of improvement projects with Finance.
• Facilitate recurring Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Business (VOB) reviews with executive leadership.
• Manage the Annual Deployment Plan (ADP) for Operational Excellence initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain accuracy of visual management systems and operational performance boards.
• Monitor effectiveness/sustainability of implemented systems, ensuring process integration through standardized work.
