Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Operational Excellence or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma tools, and project management.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and sustainment of results.
• Drive Lean Transformation initiatives with deployment plans and VSMs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve SQDC metrics.
