Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Process Validation/Industrial Engineer in Durham, North Carolina. This on-site role supports Operational Excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and BD Production System initiatives. A Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 4–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

The candidate will mentor teams, drive Kaizen events, manage project pipelines, and align Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Lead Kaizen events and ensure sustainment and realization of results.
• Monitor financial impact of improvement projects with Finance.
• Facilitate VOC and VOB reviews with executive teams.
• Develop deployment plans and standardize BDPS programs.
