Job Summary Responsible for implementing and sustaining the Operational Excellence strategy through achievement of business results and promotion of ideal behaviours across the organization. Ensures alignment and integration of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives across all organizational tiers. Serves as administrator and coach of the Change to Win and Client Production System (Client’s) programs, driving continuous business growth and operational performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

General Duties

• Participate in development of the organization’s Annual Strategic Plan; support deployment across manufacturing operations and support functions via the Tier Management System (TMS)
• Provide leadership with performance updates and progress reports on Operational Excellence initiatives and key metrics
• Administer the Change to Win program, ensuring objectives are achieved or exceeded
• Manage a healthy project pipeline: opportunity identification, feasibility assessment, business case validation, and budget-approved initiatives
• Identify organizational training needs and provide coaching/development through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
• Promote innovative methodologies, best practices, and improvement techniques supporting employee development and team empowerment
• Lead Lean Transformation initiatives, developing Annual Deployment Plans and Value Stream Maps for internal/external processes
• Drive initiatives improving manufacturing profitability, labor productivity, and overhead optimization through a multi-year strategic roadmap
• Participate in strategic, high-impact projects contributing to sustainable business growth
• Design and implement Gemba activities and Improvement Katas with business leadership, fostering problem-solving, accountability, and operational discipline
• Develop and manage the Client Production System (Client) maturity roadmap and facilitate deployment strategies for organizational standardization
• Participate in initiatives promoting process simplification and execution discipline

Specific Responsibilities

Experience

• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
