Millenniumsoft in Durham, NC, seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Engineer to implement and sustain our continuous improvement strategy across SQDC objectives. This role administers and coaches the Change to Win and BD Production System programs, supporting growth and performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, mentoring, and facilitating improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events, DMAIC, and A3 problem solving, plus strong financial analysis skills to

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Coaching methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to coach, mentor, and facilitate Operational Excellence systems and organizational transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, lead, and facilitate Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Lead Kaizen events and sustainment of results.
• Drive opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Monitor financial impact of improvement projects with Finance.
• Facilitate VOC and VOB reviews with executive leadership.
