Job summary

Versiti seeks an Operational Excellence Analyst to support Blood Services operations through process improvement, quality oversight, regulatory compliance, and change management. You will partner with operational leaders to ensure processes are effective and compliant while advancing Versiti’s life-saving mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a regulated industry with quality, change management, validation or process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Experience in cGMP/ISO-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational departments to drive process control and continuous improvement.
• Review and improve SOPs to ensure compliance and usability.
• Support change management, risk assessments, validations, and process implementation.
• Assist with error management and investigations.
• Monitor quality metrics, audits, proficiency testing, and compliance activities.
• Participate in internal/external audits and prepare responses and corrective actions.
