Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to drive process improvement, change management, and operational excellence across studies for Sponsors. This role focuses on developing standards, change plans, and execution excellence across diverse stakeholders.

The Senior Operations Specialist will support the Business & Operational Excellence group, collaborate with cross-functional leadership, and implement new processes with measurable impact while maintaining training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in change management, operations support and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development.
• Strong drug development experience with understanding of related functions.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement in operational excellence across activities.
• Lead evaluation of business processes to identify improvements or automation.
• Participate with stakeholders in root-cause problem solving.
• Develop recommendations for process improvement with SMEs.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement new business processes with organizational context.
• Lead change management initiatives and communications.
• Identify operational risks and mitigation plans.
• Document business processes and track KPIs.
• Provide training guidance on new processes and improvements.
• Monitor adoption of changes and maintain templates.
• Schedule meetings and travel as needed.
