Novus Foods, LLC seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead site CI initiatives, own the digital performance platform (L2L/Redzone), and drive data-driven improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost.

You will mentor operators, supervise lean projects, and partner with leadership to align CI with corporate strategy. Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated superior Continuous Improvement skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification, Green Belt or higher, strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of core CI methods: 5S, standard work, root cause analysis and Kaizen.

Responsabilités

• Plan and facilitate rollout of new or revised CI processes at the site, supporting adoption through training and coaching.
• Maintain training program for CIL and daily huddle owners, keep materials current, retrain as turnover requires, deliver refresher sessions.
• Build and maintain visual management boards and aids with operators and supervisors, keeping content current with changes in products and lines.
• Coach and mentor system owners on Lean principles and how CI improves daily production and workflow efficiency.
• Own the site data platform (L2L/Redzone as applicable), including configuration, access, and daily use as plant language.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the platform, including downtime coding and rate settings, with auditing and corrections.
• Own OEE at site level and explain components (Availability, Performance, Quality) to leadership.
• Govern standard/theoretical rates used in OEE and draft supporting cases for approval by CI leadership.
