Job summary

Noosa Yoghurt, LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead site CI initiatives. You will own the digital performance platform (L2L/Redzone), drive OEE, and coach teams on Lean methods to close gaps in safety, quality, throughput, and costs.

The role emphasizes on-site, hands-on problem-solving with operators and leadership, ensuring data integrity and actionable improvements that align with the company’s CI strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated superior Continuous Improvement skills in a machine/manufacturing environment or equivalent capability
• Lean or Six Sigma certification, Green Belt or higher, strongly preferred
• Demonstrated analytical capability with data tracking tools, dashboards, and reports
• Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau) to drive business decisions
• Working knowledge of L2L/Leading2Lean or Redzone platforms and Excel proficiency
• Bilingual capability may be a requirement at sites with non-English production workforces

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate rollout of new or revised CI processes at the site, including training and coaching
• Maintain CI training programs, refresh materials as equipment/standards change
• Build and maintain visual management boards with operators and supervisors
• Coach and mentor system owners on Lean principles and CI practices
• Own the site CI data platform (L2L/Redzone) configuration, access, and daily use
• Audit data accuracy across downtime, rate settings, and shift-level data
• Own OEE (Availability, Performance, Quality) for the site and explain its components
• Define lines/assets included in site OEE and manage rate standards
• Publish site KPIs (OEE, downtime, quality, delivery, cost) and provide detailed data back-up
• Lead structured problem-solving (root cause analysis, PDCA, Kaizen events)
• Spend majority of time on the production floor with operators and supervisors
• Partner with EHS, Quality, Maintenance to protect food and human safety outcomes
• Ensure sustainment: standard work, transfer gains to floor, and train others
