Job summary

Richemont, a world leader in luxury, seeks an Operations Lead to oversee daily distribution center activities, optimize processes and ensure quality, security and cost efficiency across high-value goods.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean/5S, manage KPIs, coordinate with brands/Maisons, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and SAP/EWM familiarity preferred; Spanish a plus; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in operations or similar environment.
• Experience with distribution center operations and SAP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in daily tasks and provide guidance.
• Train and mentor a team of employees.
• Oversee processing of luxury products and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with brands/Maisons and internal teams.
• Lead SOPs implementation and lean improvements.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Participate in SAP/EWM checks and projects.
• Cross-train to support multiple departments.
• Develop leadership skills through standups and audits.
• Resolve issues with data-driven decisions.
