Responsibilities

• Identify all agency and third-party fees potentially eligible for charge back to customers.
• Capture and store fee details for validation and invoicing.
• Analyze and support business initiatives with financial and operational insights.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing for technology applications and projects.
• Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
