Job summary

PPL Corporation, a major investor‑owned utility, is seeking an Ops Srv Busin & Fin Analyst to analyze operations, spending patterns, and performance metrics for the Facility Services department. You will support capital project evaluations, budget planning, and contract proposals with data‑driven insights.

The role involves collaborating with finance, tax, accounting, and budgeting teams to refine business processes, prepare financial reports, and drive cost efficiencies across multiple business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
• Experience in supporting multiple business lines to meet operational and end-user needs.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, compilation, maintenance, analysis and reporting of performance related data of the Facility Services department including data visualization, KPIs and operating reports.
• Completes monthly invoice processing to ensure timely payment to company business partners.
• Drafts investment/contract proposals and business cases per Company’s Capital & Investment Policy.
• Conducts financial and business research and analysis of proposed capital projects including review of contracts, large purchase orders, cash flow projects, and development of capital evaluation model.
• Identifies, analyzes, compiles and prepares data used to recommend process improvements that meet operational and financial targets.
• Interacts with managers and others in preparation of annual Business Plan and budget estimates for projects.
