Job summary

Lam Research in Livermore is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to spearhead process improvements. You will collect and analyze data, develop metrics, identify root causes, and organize cross-functional project teams while communicating progress and best practices to AT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent PSDM (Problem Solving and Decision Making) skills with a strong operational mindset.
• Self-starter with strategic thinking, organized, and able to navigate ambiguity under time pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Track/Monitor AT AIP/KPI performance, BSR, OPEX/CAPEX and provide periodic reports.
• Participate in QxR for AT's planning and accountability for short/mid/long-term commitments and objectives (QCR/QFR/QBR/QOR and SAR).
• AT SPOC for AT HC POR (DFS and SG&A), attrition rate and its financial impact (Opex and absorption).
• Involve/ensure quarter closing process and BKO management.
• Support building processes/accountability systems within AT to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
• Develop data modeling and processes to define business growth strategy for AOE and AT stakeholders.
• Participate in Region/AT level of new projects and gather inputs from AT participants.
• Ensure consistency, reliability and quality of all standard reporting deliverables.
• Support ad hoc requests from ROM/BDSO/Corp functions.
• Lead/Support AT level PSDM for critical and pending issues per request.
