Job summary

LHH is seeking motivated Business Analysts to support customer relations and business operations initiatives within a collaborative team environment. This role blends analytical responsibilities with customer-facing interaction, ideal for candidates comfortable working with data and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in business analysis or related environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in business analysis, customer operations, customer service, operations support, or related environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking directly to customers.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and business operations quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and customer-related requirements from stakeholders.
• Support customer relations projects and operational improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and provide operational support.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and team collaboration sessions.
• Assist with functional documentation, reporting, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Support testing activities for system enhancements, process updates, or operational changes.
• Prepare training materials, user documentation, and status updates as needed.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist users with process or system-related questions.
• Deliver professional and confident customer communication through calls, meetings, or email interactions.
