Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative in central Nebraska is seeking an Operations Manager for Gothenburg and Anselmo Grain to oversee daily elevator operations, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, efficient receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transportation of grain.

The role requires a high school certificate, 2 years of supervisory and grain handling experience, leadership and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in all weather with dependability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in grain handling or related field.
• Strong leadership and customer-relations skills.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with safety orientation.
• Able to operate MS Office and the cooperative accounting system.
• Physical work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the grain elevator at Gothenburg and Anselmo.
• Coordinate elevator operations staff for receiving, drying, storing, quality control and transporting grains.
