Job summary

H. House is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and Food & Beverage operations at our Fort Mill property. A hands-on leader with a passion for guest experiences and operational excellence is essential.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hotel operations management, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets and staff performance. This role also acts as Manager on Duty in the GM's absence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hotel operations management experience.

Position Overview: Operations Manager

We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and friendly Operations Manager (OPSM)/Executive Housekeeper to oversee key back-of-house operations, including Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage. This role requires a dynamic leader with at least 5 years of hotel operations management experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with scheduling, and have a hands‑on approach to managing daily operations and guest services. Responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, managing budgets, overseeing staff performance, ensuring property standards are consistently met, and acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the GM.
