Pay :**HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month**
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Responsibilities:
To assist the Chief Hospital Foreman/ Senior Hospital Foreman/ Hospital Foreman to lead/ supervise and coordinate with supporting staff in providing support services in the following areas: domestic services, gardening services, pest control, cleansing & transportation services, inventory management, waste management, environmental safety, occupational safety & health, fire safety, and emergency support etc.
To provide administrative support to the Hospital Manager.
To coach & supervise frontline staff and to monitor the daily operation of the services.
To prepare duty roster for supporting staff, workload statistic and reports.
To liaise with departments and service contractors in the day-to-day provision of supporting services and handle enquiries from other departments.
To monitor the performance of frontline staff and contractors.
To conduct routine site checking to ensure good environmental hygiene condition.
To perform clerical duties, prepare monthly report / statistical reports using MS Word and Excel.
To perform store management duties, including keep stock of materials, store items and other equipment items.
To be deployed to other hospital within the cluster and support hospital relocation arrangements. (If necessary)
To perform shift and on-call duties and provide 24-hour emergency support.
To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
AND 1 year experience in relevant discipline; OR
