Operations Assistant – Transportation & Fleet Operations

Service Bros. Transport is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. This position will work directly with our operations team and assist with the day-to-day management of our transportation and fleet operations.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily transportation and fleet operations.
• Dispatch drivers and help coordinate daily schedules.
• Build and enter loads into our transportation system.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry.
• Track truck and trailer maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
• Maintain fleet and operational records.
• Monitor loads and assist with resolving scheduling or operational issues.
• Communicate with drivers, maintenance personnel, customers, and operations staff.
• Assist with driver and equipment assignments.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is kept current.
• Provide general support to management and the operations team as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous transportation, trucking, dispatch, fleet, or logistics experience required.
