Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced environment with hourly staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and the ability to supervise and direct teams.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of DOT and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare monthly billing.
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by senior operations leadership.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced environment, including management of hourly staff and accountability for operational metrics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• A good driving record and a genuine interest in supporting the communities you serve
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and work ethic
• Comfortable with early-morning hours
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and direct teams effectively
• Effective customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with a natural inclination toward problem-solving
• High standard of accuracy and confidentiality
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and risk reduction, with working knowledge of DOT and related regulatory requirements
